A gentle morning class for people who would like to focus on stability and balance.
Sessions always start with an invitation to slow down and check in - physically, mentally and emotionally - before setting an intention for your yoga practice. We will then move through a slow flow together, the intention of which is to gently build stability and balance as well as a sense of calm. Each session will end with some relaxation.
Please bring a mat and any other props you think might be helpful.
This class is held at Heart of Newhaven, 4-6 Main Street, Newhaven, Edinburgh EH6 4HY (the old Victoria Primary School). We're in the glass building straight ahead of the main entrance.
